Our strategy and tactics set us apart. Many lawyers seek victory by force alone, without strategy. While many lawyers’ only tactic is to start a paper war, that tactic almost always results in an unfocused and ineffective campaign. Strategy is an afterthought for those lawyers. Their clients end up paying them a ton of money to generate so much useless paper, but the lawyers have no end game strategy. They cannot see the forest for the trees. In other words, they focus on the small details and lose sight of their clients’ larger goals, if they ever had sight of them at all.
